Thanksgiving is the time when we  thank the Lord for His goodness to all of us and this year was a great celebration of praise here at BBNBI.

Five months ago when the BBN Bible Institute opened its files for student enrollment no one here had any idea just what to expect. We knew that many BBN radio listeners had a desire to study God's Word, but we were not sure just how well the online courses would fit the need. Now, it is obvious.

In those five months, over 8,000 students have enrolled and they have signed up from countries all around the world. Even after the recent purge of the records,which was to help us effectively serve those taking courses,  almost 5,000 students are actively studying God's Word with BBNBI today.

The staff is continuing to prepare new courses for the English language and material is now being gathered for a Bible Institute in the Chinese, Spanish,  and Portuguese languages as well. Plans are to launch both Chinese and Spanish early in 2007.

We are thankful for the great course material that has been provided and for great teachers to share it with us. Pictured here is one of our teachers, the late Dr. Charles Wagner. Dr. Wagner, who just recently went home to be with the Lord,  has many courses here at BBNBI and has a new course coming soon on the book of Jude.Watch for it!  It will be a blessing!
