15,000 Certificates Awarded

As I was reviewing the BBN Bible Institute student body records recently, I discovered a real problem. It seems that many students have registered to study the Bible courses with us but they have failed to give us complete details concerning their personal information or they have entered the information without correct spelling or punctuation.  While I understand some hesitation to give out personal data that is being posted on the web, please let me assure you that any information given to us here at BBNBI is held in the strictest confidence. It is not shared with anyone and no one has access to your information except our school staff. With over 21,000 students now signed up from over 85 countries, it is very important that we have all the personal information that is requested and that it is entered correctly. Perhaps, you thought it was not important or you just didn’t take time to complete it so you could get on with your studies more quickly. Regardless of why you failed to complete the information, it is imperative that you supply it now. Here’s why.

All BBNBI students who complete a course of study, with a passing grade, are automatically given a letter of certification of completion. This certificate is attached to your records and you may then view or print it out for your personal use. If you do so and the personal information that you registered is incomplete or not written properly, your certificate will appear with incorrect or incomplete information on it. BBN does not want this to happen. We do not wish any student to display a certificate that is not properly assigned and incorrectly identifies the student.

You might ask, is it really a major problem? The answer is yes. We have found hundreds of names and addresses not properly written. Names and Addresses along with Cities not capitalized and state names left off, etc. Please remember that we do not want it corrected only for our records, but for your benefit.

It is a great disappointment to a student to view or print out a certificate that has poor spelling or incorrect and incomplete information. For example if an address is not listed it can not be properly displayed on the Certificate. If proper names are not capitalized or addresses are not spelled correctly, the student is not happy with the appearance of his or her certificate. BBN BI wants to offer you a document that you are pleased with and in order to do that we need your help. You must supply the correct information. Already, in the first 11 months, BBN BI has awarded over 15,000 certificates and many have found them to display incorrect or improperly displayed information. Why? Because the student did not record properly his personal information.

Here is how to check your records for accuracy. Visit the www.bbnbi.org site and then login using your registered username and password; once you are in, look on the left side of the page for “Account Information.” Open that link and you will be asked to provide your password again. After doing so your personal information will be displayed.

Please check over it carefully. Be sure that first and last names are capitalized correctly and spelled right. That would be with first letters of each Name capitalized but not all letters capitalized.  Then check the street address and be sure that all are properly written; here is an example of a proper address: 125 East Robertson Rd.; finally check the City, State, and zip code. Remember this rule for these. The city should have the first letter capitalized as here in Charlotte, the state likewise North Carolina and then include the zip code 28226.

This will give your certificates a professional look that every student will be happy to display. BBN does not wish any student to be awarded a certificate that they would not want to display so please help us make this possible.  If you view a certificate and you do not see all the information displayed correctly, just follow the instructions above and it will then be corrected automatically. Once you enter it correctly, we can display it properly.

Thank you for your help with this special need. If you have any question about this or have any other need for help, just click the “Contact Us” button at the top of any BI page.
