Wanted: Serious Students!

The Epistle to the Hebrews is often either overlooked altogether or if it is studied, it is frequently misinterpreted so as to confuse rather than to edify the believer in the study of God’s Word.

BBN BI is grateful to be able to offer a detailed study of the Epistle to the Hebrews by the late Dr. Charles Wagner, who was once the senior pastor of the Calvary Baptist Church in Covington, KY when he originally delivered these messages. This being the case, the lessons were forged in the day to day teaching of God’s Word to believers seeking to understand its message for their lives.

This dynamic Epistle is a key to understanding certain concepts in Scripture, two of these which are eternal rewards and finishing well in the Christian race which the Lord desires for all of His people to accomplish. Dr. Wagner’s teaching style, as many BBN BI students already know, is delightful yet hard-hitting and clear on the meaning of sometimes difficult passages. Yet these difficult passages yield rich reward for the believer who is committed to digging deep into the Word of God for truth to enrich our daily lives for the Lord.

The course numbered 31400 in the BBN BI Bible Book Studies Division will yield great spiritual compensation if the student is willing to invest the time to explore all 24 lessons of this in depth study. Just setting aside and committing to the time necessary to study this often neglected great Bible Book will be a lesson itself in commitment to the Word of God!

The final Book of the Bible reminds us that Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: for the time is at hand. (Rev.1:3) There is a blessing in just hearing the Word of God, but even greater in keeping it! We must always be ready to give a reason of the hope within us, as well as always being ready for the coming of our Lord. Serious study of the Epistle to the Hebrews will help us accomplish both goals. We trust that you will join us!
