Whenever a student moves from one page to another inside the BBNBI application, the username and password is re-checked to make sure access is allowed. This information is stored in a cookie on the student’s machine. In this situation, the cookie is not making it from our server to the student’s PC. The user name and password are being accepted by the BBNBI login security, but then when the first page attempts to load, it is not able to verify the user name and password from the cookie. Whenever the cookie cannot be seen, the result is that the full screen login page will be displayed.
If you use Internet Explorer as your Browser, do the following:
1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Left-click the Tools menu at the top of the window.
3. Left-click Internet Options.
4. Left-click the <Privacy> tab.
5. Set the vertical slider control to “Medium”.
6. Left-click the <Sites...> button.
7. In “Address of web site:” box, enter: http://www.bbnradio.org
8. Left-click the <Allow> button.
9. Left-click the <OK> button.
10. Left-click the <Apply> button.
11. Left-click the <OK> button.
12. Go to the BBNBI web site and try to log in again.
If you use Firefox as your Browser, do the following:
1. Open Firefox
browser.
2. Left-click the Tools menu at the top of the window.
3. Left-click Options.
4. Left-click the <Advanced> tab at the top of this page.
5. Left-click on <Network> tab
6. Left-click on the <Exceptions> button
7. Under
Offline Data (pop-up box), make sure NO address related to bbnradio.org is in the box
called "the following websites are not allowed to store data for offline
use:"
If you see a BBN address in this box, highlight and click
the "Remove Site" button.
8. Left-click the <Close> button.
9. Left-click the <OK> button.
10. Go to the BBNBI web site and try to log in
again.
If you use Google Chrome as your Browser, do the following:
1. Open Chrome browser.
2. Left-click Wrench icon at the top right of the page.
3. Left-click Options.
4. Left-click on <Under the Hood> link which is on
the left side of the page
5. Left-click Content
Settings (button), which is to the right of Privacy.
6. Beside topic, Cookies - select "Allow local data to be set (recommended)."
7. Beside topic, Cookies - uncheck "Ignore exceptions and block third-party
cookies from being set."

Beside topic, Cookies -
uncheck "Clear cookies and other site data..."
9.
Click the X at the right top of the Options - Under the Hood Tab - to exit and save.
10. Go
to the BBNBI web site and try to log in again.
