当圣经学院的学生注册完要登录时；或在圣经学院里跳换网页时， 电脑会核对你的用户名与密码。这些资料有部分是储存在你的电脑里面，称之为“cookie”。无法登录的情况是因为你电脑里的cookie与从我们的侍服器所送来的资料组合不完整`有差异所产生. 虽然 圣经学院收到你打入的正确用户名户与密码,也通过安全检查，并让你进入圣经学院里了. 然而当电脑要下载从圣经学院的首页时,却无法确认你的”cookie”.  所以当侍服器读不到你电脑里的”cookie” 的情况下, 结果就如同不认识一样, 就会再送发个新的注册网页到你的电脑上去.   这个问题可以在你网路游览器的设定上`得到解决，方法如下：   1. 打开（微软）游览器                    Open Internet Explorer. 2. 滑鼠左点击视窗上头的[工具箱] Left-click the Tools menu at the top of the window. 3. 左点击[网络选项]                          Left-click [Internet Options.] 4. 左点击[私人信息]                          Left-click the [Privacy] tab. 5. 把垂直设定滑标`设在[中等]        Set the vertical slider control to Medium. 6. 左点击[网页] 的按钮                     Left-click the [Sites...] button. 7.在[网页地址]栏里，填入http://www.bbnradio.org                                                            In Address of web site: box, enter: http://www.bbnradio.org  8. 左点击 [允许]的按钮                     Left-click the [Allow] button. 9.左点击[OK]                                     Left-click the [OK] button. 10.左点击[应用]                                 Left-click the [Apply] button. 11.左点击[OK]                                   Left-click the [OK] button. 12. 到圣经学院首页，用户登录      Go to the BBNBI web site and try to log in again.
