FC30- Horribly Sensible Life Lessons
So Tori wants to find her niche in life. "Really?" asked a concerned Jay Horn. "I have some lotion left over from when I got poison ivy last summer. I could give her that!"
(Such a helpful guy, that Jay Horn.) No, Jay, she's not suffering with an ITCH. She's trying to find her NICHE in life. She's searching for the thing that she's especially good at...that talent or ability that would set her apart from the ordinary.
"I'm good at making paper airplanes!" Jay said. (I'm sure you are, Jay.)
Tori was thinking that maybe ACTING was destined to be her special area of excellence and expertise. But her brother Brian isn't so sure. We're thinking that she may be in for some sensible, yet very embarrassing lessons in her pursuit of dramatic excellence.
Join us Saturday and Wednesday--and on-demand, right here on BBN...as we explore the journey of faith with you on Faith Crossing.

FC23- Knowing the Future
People have spent a lot of time and money over the years trying to find out what would happen to them someday.
"I predict you'll give me five dollars!" shouted an overly-optimistic Tori McIntire.
Not likely, responded an unamused Internet Update Guy. But as I was saying...people have wanted to know the future for...well, since today used to be a long time ago! But is knowing the future such a good thing? Really? Maybe you've even been upset with God because you thought you needed to know what was going to happen.
Be glad you don't know all of what's ahead, and trust God that He's got it under control anyway.
Oh, and join us for our next Faith Crossing as we explore the journey of faith and how knowing the future isn't such a great thing sometimes....Saturday and Wednesday--and on-demand on BBN.

FC35- Somebody Slimed my Computer!Jay Horn never thought it would happen to him, but it did. He'd been a Christian since he was five. He was president of the church youth group. So why was he giving in to the lure of those lurid internet pornography sites? This week, a reminder that temptation can be a powerful thing...but through Christ there is hope--especially with a couple other friends standing beside you. Join us this week for Faith Crossing as we explore the adolescent journey of faith...Saturday, Wednesday, and on-demand right here on BBNRadio.org.

FC107- Just Wait Till I Get Older
What would a football game be like if we erased all the lines and ignored all the rules? Everybody could run up and down the field all they wanted and do whatever they felt like doing. What kind of a game would that be? (It could be a very LOW-SCORING game, for one thing--try a score of zero to zero.) No one would know when and what to do in order to win because there were NO BOUNDARIES.
"Switch that to the field of life!" added the ever-helpful Tori. "Sometimes we need boundaries to make sense of life and to keep us from getting lost in the really thick woods behind Walter Slumpy's house."
OK...now you've gotten us lost in the woods. See what happens when we don't have boundaries? Join us this week for Faith Crossing as we explore the journey of faith here on BBN....Faith Crossing--Saturday and Wednesday or anytime here on BBNRadio.org.

FC155- It Should Be Quite A Year
Another school year has begun. Ahh, the possibilities...good and bad. Some may be filled with hope that things this year will be like last year. Others may enter a new school year with the fear that it will be too much like last year.
What do you expect this year to be like? The way you approach a new school year may make a big difference in what kind of year you will have. Any goals for this year?
Join us this week as we consider a w-i-d-e range of impressions, hopes, dreams and fears for a new academic year...as we explore the journey of faith right here on Faith Crossing. Saturdays and Wednesdays on your radio or right here at BBNRadio.org.

FC15- Breaking Out of the Cocoon
Brian McIntire was a good kid and usually tried to do the right thing, but some of the guys around town weren't the best influences. So he spent most of his time with Christian friends--no, not perfect friends, but guys who basically were on the right track and wanted to do the right thing. Then one day he realized it was time to borrow some money from his sister Tori and buy a skateboard and break out of his cocoon. What??
But what did borrowed money, a new skateboard and a pizza party have to do with breaking out of his cocoon? Join us this week to find out as we explore the journey of faith with you...Faith Crossing. Saturday and Wednesday on BBN.

FC140- Imagine That Have you ever passed a group of people and wondered if they were talking about you? Maybe just as you passed them, their laughter and whispers left you with a nagging sense that YOU were the joke. This week, Ambia's cousin Jackson introduces his latest invention in an on-going search for fame, fortune and free food. Ambia needs to be reminded that not everything is the way it appears to be. Join us Saturday and Wednesday as you consider gossip along the road of life...Faith Crossing: Exploring the adolescent journey of faith.

FC70-VBS Adventures
Ahh...VBS- Vacation Bible School. Since Tori is SOOO grown up, she's ready to be a TEACHER in VBS this year. She began to list her goals for VBS this year: "Molding young minds, influencing the next generation, wearing stylish VBS shirts...all sorts of things!" (But Melissa suspects Tori's motives for helping have something to do with the fact that her classmate Tommy Harper will be there all week.)
Regardless of all the motives, Tori is excited, but things don't always work out the way you plan--for good or for bad.
Join us this week for Faith Crossing as we explore the adolescent journey of faith.

FC36- NO INFO JOE
His name is "Joe" and INFORMATIVE he's NOT. His words rarely extend past one or two syllables--at least when he's being grilled for information. What if the tables were turned, though? Maybe this week Joe will get a taste of his own medicine.

FC28 & FC29--The Endless Journey "Endless...or it just SEEMED endless," corrected Brian McIntire. "Either way, it was loooooonnnnnnnnnnggg. But any time spent with Tori when we're packed in a stuffy old van with nothing to do for 7 hours...well, life is tough." "Hey, Mister," began an eavesdropping Tori McIntire. "I heard--hey, I wasn't eavesdropping! I just happened to hear what he said...as I stood nearby...with a stethoscope...against the wall. You people have no respect for the burden I bear!" What burden? "I was catching claustrophia like CRAZY on that trip. Anybody who listens to my story will definitely understand--unlike some BROTHERS I know." How can we make the most of a long...tedious trip? Think about that as you join us for Faith Crossing. Saturday and Wednesday...and ON-LINE here on BBN.
