We often receive correspondence from believers who want Biblical answers to deep questions that plague their minds about the Bible. They know that they can turn to BBN for help with answering these questions. The commitment of BBN from the beginning has been to have only Bible teachers and teaching that is committed to the Word of God and to get it to God’s people rather than simply to entertain.

We recently had a grateful BBN BI student thanking the BI staff for keeping the Institute and the BBN Chat on a Biblical level rather than merely having man’s opinions on how to be successful. We realize that we have a tremendous responsibility to you the student and most of all to the Lord to ensure that we are teaching the Word of God and not our opinions.

Just browsing a simple cross section of some of the course offerings of the Institute we see that the very structure of the Institute is instructive. The first two levels are Introductory Courses and Bible Doctrine. It is futile to try and build a faithful Christian life without first making sure the foundation is secure and able to support the superstructure. As we view the first level, we see such foundational studies as The Names of God, course number 10100, taught by Dr. John Mitchell, a veteran of Bible teaching. Also we see The Doctrine of Christ & The Doctrine of the Holy Spirit, course numbers 11000 and 10400 respectively. Also included is The Doctrine of Man and The Doctrine of the New Birth among many others. The next level of courses is the Christian Living and Family Studies Division which includes such essential studies as Christian Ethics, Practical Living and Stewardship of Life. In all, there are six levels of study, including the Bible Book Studies Division, Biblical Character Studies Division and culminating in the Electives Division of Studies. In the Electives Division there are such advanced studies as The Study of Music, The Rapture and Worship.
