Beginning July 18th, 2006, any BBNBI student who successfully completes a course of study will be able to receive their letters of certification of completion immediately without waiting for e-mail attachments. 

A brand new feature now makes a link available right on the Course Status page to allow students to view and/or print out a copy of their letters of certification when they desire to do so.

Prior to this feature, an e-mail was sent with the letter of completion attached. Often this created problems as opening or viewing the attachment was very difficult and occasionally the attachment would be deleted before viewed or printed.  

The new feature should eliminate any lost documents and provide students a quick way to download their own right away.

Here's what you need to do if you are awaiting a letter or certificate. 

1. Log into BBNBI 

2.Go to the COURSE STATUS page and scroll down to the bottom to where the completed courses are listed 

3. Locate the finished course and click the button to start the download.

All BBNBI students will be able to download letters of completion and certificates from two places once they are logged in:

1.          On the exam results page, right after they complete any final exam.

2.          On the course status page at any time after completing a course or division of study.
