The Secret To Eternal Success

Everything this world promises, that sounds too good to be true- it is!  Everything God promises that sounds too good to be true- it’s not!

Why do we believe the devil’s lies and doubt God’s truths?  Why are we prone to trade God’s gardens for the devil’s deserts?  The hymn writer, Robert Robinson wrote: “Prone to wander Lord I feel it, prone to leave the God I love; here’s my heart, O, take and seal it; seal it for Thy courts above.”

In our weak and sinful flesh we cannot please God.  But in Christ, we can function in His faith, His righteousness, His strength, and we can feel His pleasure and enjoy eternal success.  Our world’s idea of success is merely a dream of smoke.

But- what is the secret to eternal success?  Daniel, the sage of success in his time, penned for all truly aspiring wisdom seekers: “There is a God in heaven that reveals secrets and makes known.”

This coveted secret is buried treasure in the blessed book – the Bible.  Most people read right past it.  They stare at its glitter but cannot see it.  They handle it carelessly and discard it.

The secret to success is as simple as four letters.  Seek for the secret in Romans 6:11-23.  Do you see it?  (Check verse 17 carefully.)

This secret will lead you to noble purpose, true piety (reverence for God, love of His character, obedience to His will), and perpetuity (specifically, unending life with Christ).

When you find the secret put it into practice in your daily life, then share it with a friend. This secret will serve you throughout eternity.

It is not enough to just discover God and truth.  We must obey what we learn.  Here at BBN-BI we want to encourage you on your journey to know God more personally and to serve Him more faithfully.
