The effectiveness of the BBN Bible Institute depends on YOU, the student. From time to time it is absolutely essential that the BI staff be able to correspond with you in order to reply to your e-mail, or to inform you of site changes, course information updates, or the need for personal attention to your student records. The way that communication is carried out is by e-mail. So, if you have given us an inaccurate e-mail address or if you have changed your e-mail address and not informed us, there is no way we can reply or contact you.
Often the student will contact our Staff Help Desk and ask a question about a course or test. If the e-mail address given is not a good one, then we cannot even reply. It is very frustrating, when we know a student needs help or wishes an answer and we reply only to have the mail returned as undeliverable.
Please help us help you. Please check your e-mail address and be sure it is one where you can receive mail. To check your e-mail address, just log into the BBNBI site and then select Account Information. Once the window opens look down the list of personal information that you gave us when you registered and verify your e-mail address. If it is outdated or incorrect, please update it.
If you send us an e-mail and you do not get a reply, it is because the e-mail was not deliverable when we replied. Every student e-mail is answered as soon as we open it.
