當聖經學院的學生註冊完要登錄時；或在聖經學院裏跳換網頁時， 電腦會核對你的用戶名與密碼。這些資料有部分是儲存在你的電腦裏面，稱之為“cookie”。無法登錄的情況是因為你電腦裏的cookie與從我們的侍服器所送來的資料組合不完整`有差異所產生. 雖然 聖經學院收到你打入的正確用戶名戶與密碼,也通過安全檢查，並讓你進入聖經學院裏了. 然而當電腦要下載從聖經學院的首頁時,卻無法確認你的”cookie”.  所以當侍服器讀不到你電腦裏的”cookie” 的情況下, 結果就如同不認識一樣, 就會再送發個新的註冊網頁到你的電腦上去.

這個問題可以在你網路遊覽器的設定上`得到解決，方法如下：

1. 打開（微軟）遊覽器                    Open Internet Explorer.

2. 滑鼠左點擊視窗上頭的[工具箱] Left-click the Tools menu at the top of the window.

3. 左點擊[網路選項]                          Left-click [Internet Options.]

4. 左點擊[私人資訊]                          Left-click the [Privacy] tab.

5. 把垂直設定滑標`設在[中等]        Set the vertical slider control to Medium.

6. 左點擊[網頁] 的按鈕                     Left-click the [Sites...] button.

7.在[網頁地址]欄裏，填入http://www.bbnradio.org

                                                           In Address of web site: box, enter: http://www.bbnradio.org 

8. 左點擊 [允許]的按鈕                     Left-click the [Allow] button.

9.左點擊[OK]                                     Left-click the [OK] button.

10.左點擊[應用]                                 Left-click the [Apply] button.

11.左點擊[OK]                                   Left-click the [OK] button.

12. 到聖經學院首頁，用戶登錄      Go to the BBNBI web site and try to log in again.
