We would ask personal workers to kindly limit the description to just the facts of what they observed firsthand with special care to avoid speculations. The most useful information would be any messages that are displayed or any other change from expected operation. Also, if you are able to repeat the problem, it would be helpful to know the specific steps necessary to repeat the problem. Please be as detailed as possible.

Our policy for tracking these issues is to have personal workers send a description of the problem to the BBN Chat department. Should communication with Sightmax tech support be necessary, the BBN IT staff will contact Sightmax.
