Prayer for Our Nation

God has admonished us to pray for those in authority over us. We set aside five minutes per day, Monday through Saturday, to do just that. Dr. Harold Richards leads us in the Prayer for Our Nation. Dr. Richards is our Director of Biblical Counseling & Communications. His knowledge of the Bible and current events aids Dr. Richards as he guides us in praying for our officials. 1 Timothy 2:1-3 I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour.
