Some students have begun a study and have listened to their lesson. They have answered the questions as they listened and have finished the test and submitted it.
However, they were returned to the login page and no record of the test was shown. In other words their test was not successfully submitted.
If a student takes more than 2 hours on a test or if they get an Internet interruption, the BI page stays up on their screen and they think all is well, but they have lost their connection with BBNBI. A reset occurs; the system does not accept the submitted test and the student is returned to the login screen.
If this happens, you will need to login again, take the test again, and then "submit" it.
