If you are e-mailing BBNBI with a question or for help and you are not getting a reply, there's a good chance the e-mail address that you gave when registering is not entered correctly or is not a working e-mail address.
BBNBI staff answers every student e-mail within one business day of receiving it (except on week ends). However, if the e-mail address that you registered was not given correctly, then BBNBI has no way to contact you. We often receive e-mails sent with bad e-mail addresses, but cannot reply.
If you are having e-mails not answered then please check your e-mail address that was registered to be sure it is correct and currently working.
Here is how to do that:
Log in to BBNBI using your Username and password that you registered. Once you are logged in, then click on the link marked "Account Info." There you will be asked to enter your password. When the window opens you will see your personal information that you registered. Check the e-mail address for accuracy. If it is incorrect, then use the tabbed link at the top of the page to change e-mail address.
This window also allows you to change other personal information as necessary.
