Do this:

Step 1:  Enter your user name in the “User Name” field on any page of the BBNBI web site.  (Note – if you don’t see a place to enter your user name, you are probably already logged in.  It is possible you could still be logged in from a previous session.)

Step 2:  Click the link that says, “forgot your password?”.  If the username doesn’t exist in the BBNBI database, you’ll see a red text message that says “There is no such username. Please contact our staff by using "Contact Us" above.“ 

If the username is valid, the message will say, “The password for the user name you entered has been emailed to the address on file for this user's BBNBI account.  Please check your email.“
