Many BBNBI students have difficulty logging in because they do not enter their Username and password exactly as they registered them.

If you are being told that the Username or password that you are entering is not correct, then please be assured it is not correct.

The system identifies each student by the Username and Password that he or she chose when they registered. If you do not type each in exactly as you did when you registered, you will not be allowed to log in.

This means that capitalizing or mispelling, adding extra spaces before or after, or any mistake will prevent your logging in.

If you have a question about what the right username or password really is, then just click on the link right below the login box marked, "forgot username" or "forgot password" and BBN will send it to you immediately by e-mail.

Once you receive the correct username or password enter them exactly as they  appears and you should have no problem.

If you enter the wrong username or password three times, then the system will lock you out. This lockout is only for fifteen minutes.
