I need to update my personal information, change my password, or e-mail address.

The student personal information may need to be updated from time to time. It is not necessary to e-mail BBNBI staff to make those updates. There is a simple way for you, the student to make the changes right there in your computer.

Just log in to BBNBI using your correct username and password. Then click on the link marked "Account Info." You will be prompted to enter your password again. Once you enter your password correctly, the window will open showing all your registered personal information.

At the top of that page you will see links to change e-mail, password, or to update personal information. You may make any necessary changes there.

Reminder: The Username may not be changed but must remain with the student throughout his BBNBI studies

Be sure to "submit" after making any changes.
