March 3, 1998 - BBN went on the air in McPherson, KS at 88.7 FM via translator.

March 4, 1999 - Voz de Esperanza began sharing BBN Spanish programming with over 180,000 people in Colon, Argentina at 105.7 FM. It also covers the city of Paysandu in Uruguay.

March 5, 1999 - FM La Voz took to the air in Paraná, Argentina, 24 hours a day at 90.9 FM.  The station reaches about 400,000 people.

March 6, 1997 - BBN began airing in Manteo, NC via translator at 91.7 FM.

March 7, 1997 - The Grand Island, NE translator went on the air at 91.9 FM.

March 7, 2001 - Added BBN's first streaming video.  It is a virtual tour of BBN headquarters in Charlotte called BBN @ Work.

March 8, 1999 - San Javier, Uruguay received BBN Spanish on CW 137 Radio San Javier at 1370 AM. This is RRB's only station in Uruguay. There are 500,000 people in the listening area.

March 10, 1997 - Radio Cultural Amauta 4.955 MHz, Peru's oldest Christian station began airing in Huanta, Peru to over 8,000,000 people.

March 10, 1997 - BBN Spanish was first heard in Huanta, Peru at 99.9 FM on Radio Cultural Amauta.  About 25,000 people are under the sound of this station.

March 10, 1998 - BBN began airing in Morristown, TN via a translator at 105.1 FM.

March 11, 1997 - Kearney, NE began receiving BBN on translator at 89.7 FM.

March 13, 1998 - The Winchester, VA translator went on the air at 101.3 FM.

March 14, 1996 - BBN went on the air via translator in Hutchinson, KS at 99.5 FM.

March 15, 1976 - WAVO in Decatur, Georgia went on the air at 1420 AM.  Unfortunately this was the first station BBN ever had to sell due to lack of listener support.  It's rare for that to happen but BBN is committed to operating without debt.

March 16, 1992 - BBN began broadcasting in the Queen City of Charlotte, NC on WYFQ, 930 AM.

March 16, 1998 - Alumine, Argentina began hearing BBN Spanish programming on 101.5 FM through R.R.C Augusto Todo.  3,000 people were added to the potential listening audience.

March 16, 1998 - 100,000 people in Reconquista, Argentina were first able to hear FM Vida at 106.5 FM.

March 17, 1997 - Stereo RICHI took to the air in Chone, Ecuador, the first of RRB's stations in Ecuador. The station reaches about 300,000 people at 94.1 FM.

March 17, 1997 - BBN went on the air in Natchez, MS at 91.9 FM via translator.

March 17, 1998 - Andacollo, Argentina received BBN Spanish programming at 101.5 FM.  The 6,000 people in the coverage area know the station as R.R.C del Camino.

March 18, 1969 - Lowell Davey formed his first radio corporation.  It was originally called Christian Communications Incorporated.  The name was later changed to Bible Broadcasting Network.

March 18, 1998 - BBN Spanish was first heard in Agua Escondida, Argentina at 100.7 FM on R.R.C Domingo de Alessandro.  About 3000 people are under the sound of this station.

March 19, 1997 - Clovis, NM began receiving BBN on translator at 90.3 FM.

March 20, 1996 - BBN went on the air via translator in Vicksburg, MS at 105.5 FM.

March 1994 - WYFJ, Ashland was granted a power increase from 3000 to 6000 watts.

March 1997 - BBN began streaming audio on the web in the Real Audio format.  This was long before we brought the web operations in-house.  Jonathan Pait of Worthwhile Company contacted us and set up an internet stream from BBN station WYFG in Gaffney, SC.
